Room size was good. Location of hotel is really nice and convenient. Its next to very famous "Bali Mall Galeria" rather its entrance to mall is adjacent to shopping mall's parking, Breakfast is the best part of this hotel. MS. Sally was probably the best host we have ever met. She went beyond our expectation. Very polite, humble bubbly personality and gave us lot of information about Balinese food. Staff at front office/reception were mostly polite and cooperative. Housekeeping staff was always ready to help. Well maintained pool. The only downside is design of rooms where shower /toilets are separated with just glass, but separation shields do not from floor to ceiling. The exhaust of toilet was not strong enough. Resultantly smell comes in the room. We were allocated to the room on our arrival which had this problem. Next day they shifted us to another better one on our request. They also compensated us for late departure, by not billing extra charges fee for the room and reducing 50% charges of hotel to airport transport. Overall, our hotel stay in Episode was very good and their hospitality is remarkable.

It is modern, relatively clean and located near big road so no jam and walking distance to galeria mall! surprised with the price for all these good values! Simple and good breakfast, fast response from the housekeeping, friendly security. Price is the same with some 3 stars hotels near kuta road but cleanliness is so much different! Episode is approved for family! The hotel is not super crowded so not much of young adults smoking here and there. Loft room is unique but not so suitable for below 5, the stairs is quite steep. Family room is very spacious for 2 connecting rooms, please choose this! My kids love the hotel. I will be back for sure. This hotel is good if you have many itienary to spend the day and rest after it. It is not a resort but very good for resting.

We stayed there for 5 nights and it was the most comfortable stay in my travel history. The cleanliness, Room, staff and facilities are great. Location was nice as well just next to the Galeria Mall Bali. Recommended for family travelers as well. Breakfast served different menu during our 5 nights stay was super too.

Staff members were really nice. One of the staff, Sally, in the dining area was a beautiful person who helped us in every way possible. She is a gem. Overall experience was very good. Thankyou sally for your love and cooperation. You deserve a promotion, girl.
