Simple and good breakfast, fast response from the housekeeping, friendly security. Price is the same with some 3 stars hotels near kuta road but cleanliness is so much different! Episode is approved for family! The hotel is not super crowded so not much of young adults smoking here and there. Loft room is unique but not so suitable for below 5, the stairs is quite steep. Family room is very spacious for 2 connecting rooms, please choose this! My kids love the hotel. I will be back for sure. This hotel is good if you have many itienary to spend the day and rest after it. It is not a resort but very good for resting.

I had an amazing 9-day stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely incredible – everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Alan, the security officer, who went above and beyond when my friend was unwell. He showed genuine care and kindness by driving her to the hospital and ensuring she was safe. Alan's assistance truly made a difference and reflected the excellent service of the hotel. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and caring environment. This place was clean, location great and had everything we needed for a stay close to the airport before our next destination. We had the family loft room which overlooked the pool. The pool was great and welcomed after a hot day walking around Kuta. Also, the food in the restaurant was very good, I highly recommend. Staff were very friendly and super helpful for things
