I had an amazing 9-day stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely incredible – everyone was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Alan, the security officer, who went above and beyond when my friend was unwell. He showed genuine care and kindness by driving her to the hospital and ensuring she was safe. Alan's assistance truly made a difference and reflected the excellent service of the hotel. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and caring environment. Breakfast is good. The bed is very comfortable. The room is quite spacey. The hotel is linked to a shopping mall.

This place was clean, location great and had everything we needed for a stay close to the airport before our next destination. We had the family loft room which overlooked the pool. The pool was great and welcomed after a hot day walking around Kuta. Also, the food in the restaurant was very good, I highly recommend. Staff were very friendly and super helpful for things

Breakfast was good. There was an ample spread of food - western, Indonesian and Chinese. Tea, coffee, juices, cereal were all available. There was adequate seating, but maybe that's because my family went down for early breakfast both mornings.

staff were very helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to check out late as we had a late flight. The pool was great and breakfast was included and had a good variety of different foods.
